only artists and the themes for each show highlight different issues women have as artists and in society.

The West Hollywood Public Library, AT THE CORE, will include art that embodies women’s strength but at the same time empathizes the struggles women face, directly and indirectly, within contemporary culture. Such struggles include the pressure on women to attend to their superficial appearance and at the same time to resolve their inner conflicts. Through their art they find strength to break free from such burdens and aspire to positions of leadership View during regular West Hollywood Library hours March 1st – April 1st. Walk-through with the artists on March 16th and a reception to follow at Robert Kuo
